The perfect game

When some see a video game
they see just that,
but threw my eyes
I see a journey, and a story,
a story that isn’t just told
but felt in every way,
because anyone can hear a story,
but only in a game, can you feel it,
I grew up around them
and I dare say that I enjoy them,
they are just as diverse as us
from puzzles to rpg, to fighters,

like many others,
I love the challenge in them,
and in the perfect game,
it will not only challenge,
but have a story, and characters,
that people can fall in love with,
and watch their characters grow,
but not only feel the wins and defeats,
but feel the joys and loss,
and at the end of the journey,
they’ll create a form of a bond,
making the end all the more bitter sweet,

in the end every gamer’s goals are the same,
everyone of us wants the perfect game,
for everyone, its different,
I envy of those who found there’s
but all most all are still searching,
but may never find it,
its hard to find that one game,
others are fun, but that one,
is everything we want, and more,
the others are fun for the wait,
but they can’t compare,
to that one, that perfect game,

I know what I’m hunting for,
a game that has no end,
and lets me change my fate,
and protect all I can,
but it must be challenging,
for if I never loose,
the victories feel shallow,
I want every character unique,
with their own stories and demons,
and I want them to grow,
to change as I do threw the story,
so that when it ends, it is complete,

sadly I have not yet found this game,
and probably never will,
until one day, I make my game,
and I plan to share that story with all,
